I can't tell if this actually saves me time. Constantly have to refresh the Salesforce tab just for the extension to recognize the contact page that I'm viewing. There are plenty of times that the entire extension whites out (usually if i switch tabs to a prospects web site then flip back to Salesforce tab) while I'm mid-dial and the only way to hang up is close out the entire tab which then skips the opportunity to disposition the call. Good in theory, doesn't work well.
It helped me bump emails and this has been so helpful reaching out xxx number of times to unresponsive customers.

I cannot live without this extension. It cuts down on a ton of back and forth to schedule meetings and no follow-ups will ever fall through the cracks because of the reminder functionality.
This extension is the best thing ever. I have it from my inbox, and from my CRM. It follows me around and auto changes the prospect based on who I'm speaking with. Makes my life so much easier and I can take action right from the extension. It truly makes it so that I have the Outreach platform from anywhere. It works pretty seamlessly so it's become a big part of my workflow.

This extension causes the Salesforce extension to crash. Every time I reload gmail, I get the following error. "Incompatible Extensions Installed For the best experience with Salesforce in your Gmail, please disable the following extension(s): Outreach Everywhere". Very difficult to use and crashes non-stop.
Tool crashes all the time, not reliable especially when you're doing outbound work.
This tool is required for my work. There are some awesome capabilities that this tool has, like easily moving prospects from SFDC to Outreach, or popping up a calling window so you can keep other info tabs open. But this tool causes me no end of difficulty with chrome. I didn't know it was this extension for sure until I read others' review. This extension causes chrome to crash ALL THE TIME! I troubleshoot or delete/replace it, but the problems come back whenever I turn the extension on. Please fix this extension so it doesn't constantly crash people's google chrome.

Needs more settings to control what the extension does. It does not need a popup on each contact clicked in gmail. Update: Removed it completely. It did not allow for emails to be scheduled to be sent. Removing this extension fixed that immediately.
Constantly making you sign in every 3 hours and refresh every tab. Updates are only to make things harder to find or adds an additional step. Not sure what these people are thinking
Support is very responsive but it hasn't been linking to SFDC classic for 5 months. We view this feature as essential. Support has had me uninstall and reinstall several times but it has not worked for even a day.
